MGLine Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the MGLine platform operated at mgline.ws. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on MGLine, you are confirming that you accept these Terms without reservation.

MGLine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where the change is material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform message. Continued use of MGLine after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and MGLine.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use MGLine, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MGLine strictly prohibits access by minors. We may request proof of age at any point and will suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual, not as a representative of a company or partnership, unless explicitly agreed with MGLine in writing.
• You must not be accessing MGLine from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of MGLine is legal in your location.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended MGLine account. MGLine permits one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

MGLine reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements at any time.

3. Account Management

Your MGLine account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Do not share your username, password, or any one-time PINs with any other person — including family members. MGLine will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where credentials have been shared.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify MGLine support immediately at support@mgline.ws. We will investigate and take appropriate steps including temporary suspension.
• MGLine may carry out identity verification checks at any stage. This is standard practice for licensed gaming platforms and is required for payment processing and fraud prevention. You must cooperate fully with any verification request.
• Accounts that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. MGLine will attempt to contact the account holder before taking any action. Any balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved for the verified account holder upon reactivation.
• MGLine reserves the right to close an account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or collusion between players.

4. Deposits & Payments

All MGLine transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). MGLine accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• MGLine does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside MGLine's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your MGLine PKR balance immediately upon confirmation of payment. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• MGLine reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits per transaction or per day as part of its anti-fraud and responsible gaming controls. These limits will be communicated to you if they affect your account.
• All deposits are subject to MGLine's anti-money laundering procedures. We may request source-of-funds documentation for larger deposits as required by our compliance obligations.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw available funds from your MGLine account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into MGLine. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to methods not previously used for deposit.
• MGLine processes withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within five minutes in the vast majority of cases. Bank IBFT transfers typically complete within the same business day. Visa/Mastercard and NayaPay/SadaPay withdrawals are processed promptly.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where your account has not completed identity verification, where a deposit has not been wagered at least once, or where there is an active bonus with pending wagering requirements attached to your balance.
• MGLine reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

MGLine offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). The contribution rates for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated clearly on each promotion.
• Maximum Win: Some bonus offers carry a maximum win cap — the maximum amount of real money that can be converted from bonus winnings in a single bonus cycle. This will be stated in the individual promotion terms where applicable.
• Referral Bonuses: Referral rewards on MGLine are subject to the referred player meeting the qualifying deposit and wagering conditions stated in the Refer a Friend programme. Attempting to manipulate the referral system by creating fake accounts is fraud and will be treated accordingly.

MGLine reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to the original terms.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed and games played on MGLine:

• All bets and game stakes are final once confirmed. MGLine will not reverse a bet or game round once the action has been initiated by the player, except in the case of a documented technical fault on the platform's side.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed within the game or market before you place your stake. MGLine reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round or sports event, MGLine will apply the following policy: for casino games, rounds that cannot be completed due to a server fault will be voided and stakes returned; for sports betting, settlement will be based on the official result at the time the disruption occurred if sufficient play has taken place to determine an outcome, or the bet will be voided if no result can be determined.
• MGLine uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live casino games. RTP figures displayed on game pages are independently verified and accurate. MGLine does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live casino games are operated using physical equipment (real wheels, cards, etc.) managed by professional dealers. Results are determined by the physical outcome of the game and are final.
• Sports betting results are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies. MGLine reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of an official result and to void bets where an event is cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion being completed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MGLine and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances where relevant:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using MGLine for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings arising from exploiting a technical error are not valid and will be reversed. You are required to report any error to MGLine support immediately.
• Making threats, abusive or offensive communications toward MGLine staff or other players.
• Attempting to access MGLine systems beyond the normal player interface, including any attempt at hacking, reverse engineering, or data scraping.
• Any form of fraud related to deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks or bonus abuse.

9. Responsible Gaming

MGLine is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification after a set number of minutes of continuous play and choose whether to continue or log out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from MGLine for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a defined period exclude yourself from MGLine. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

MGLine does not extend credit to players and does not knowingly permit play by anyone under the age of 18. We take our duty of care toward players seriously and will take proactive steps where we have reason to believe a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the MGLine platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and the MGLine brand name itself — is the intellectual property of MGLine or its licensed content providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the MGLine platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any MGLine content without prior written permission.
• Game content is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to MGLine. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited.
• The MGLine name, logo, and associated branding may not be used for any commercial purpose, in any communication or publication, without explicit written consent from MGLine.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MGLine's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• MGLine is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, even if MGLine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• MGLine makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or third-party network issues may cause temporary unavailability. MGLine is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime where the cause is beyond its reasonable control.
• MGLine is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms, your use of incorrect login credentials, or your failure to maintain the security of your account.
• Where MGLine is found liable for a loss, our maximum liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the net deposits you have made to MGLine during that period.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by MGLine is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with MGLine you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, MGLine collects only the personal and transaction data necessary to operate your account, process PKR payments, and meet our compliance obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising purposes outside the MGLine platform. All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL and stored securely.

You have the right to request access to your personal data held by MGLine, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where permitted by applicable law. Requests can be made to support@mgline.ws.

13. Amendments to These Terms

MGLine reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date the updated Terms are published on this page. Where the amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, MGLine will provide advance notice of not less than 7 days through the email address registered to your account or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of MGLine after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, your only recourse is to close your MGLine account, which you can do by contacting support@mgline.ws. Any pending bets or unsettled transactions will be completed under the Terms that were in force when they were initiated.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of MGLine shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MGLine is incorporated and operates. MGLine makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legal for use in any specific jurisdiction outside its operating territory.

In the event of a dispute between you and MGLine regarding a game outcome, a payment, or the interpretation of these Terms, the following process applies:

1. You must first raise the dispute with MGLine support via support@mgline.ws, providing full details of the issue including any relevant transaction references, game round IDs, and timestamps.
2. MGLine will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time and you will be kept informed of progress.
3. If you are not satisfied with MGLine's resolution, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process specified by the relevant licensing authority.

Game round outcomes determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results are final and not subject to reversal except in the event of a documented technical fault on MGLine's side.
